which inventory number should I mention when ordering?
You can find the inventory number on our collection website, as well as the description.
what are the sizes of the image I receive?
we send files of at least 20x25 cm with a resolution of 300 dpi. This is the resolution for high-quality printing. This is large enough for printing an A4. If in doubt, contact us about the specifications.
which source should I mention?
you are required to state the source: Het Scheepvaartmuseum, Amsterdam.
how do I get the files delivered?
the files are delivered via e-mail or via WeTransfer, a website to share large files with. You will receive a link by e-mail with which you can easily download the files.
What is the delivery time of an order?
the standard delivery time is 4 weeks. For an urgent order, the delivery time is 5 working days (this costs an additional 23 euros per image). We will let you know in time if the ordered images cannot be delivered within 4 weeks. During holiday periods the delivery time can be longer than 4 weeks.
how do I pay my order?
you will receive an invoice by post.
who can I ask a question about ordering an image?
you can ask your question via e-mail. We try to respond as quickly as possible.
what are the rules regarding copyright?
